Dennis R. Saffell - Head Honcho
Dennis moved to the FraserRiverValley from Denver in 1982 after college. His family had a small condominium out side of Fraser, where he grew up spending weekends and summer vacations. His love of the FraserValley and all it has to offer began in 1969 when he learned to ski at Idlewild. Since then Dennis has been active in land development, home construction, land sales and served as community leader. More importantly Dennis and his wife, Cyndie, are raising two sons in the valley and enjoy skiing, fly fishing, rafting, golf and mountain biking.
Dennis has been a Community Leader in the FraserValley for 23 years! Some of his accomplishments include: Citizen of the Year; Founder/President Winter Park Music, Inc. He has served on numerous boards and associations, some of which include: The Reserve at Elkhorn Ridge, Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Winter Park Master Association and Legacy Park Ranch.
He is the Founder/Owner of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties (Real Estate Brokerage), New Frontier Construction Development Inc. (Construction & Development), Rocky Mountain Capital Mortgage, Inc (Mortgage Broker) and Fraser River Log & Timber, Inc (Log Homes & Timber Components).
Mike Ayre - Sales Associate
Mike has been a full-time resident in the valley for more than ten years and a business owner for the past nine years. Mike was born and raised in Saginaw, MI where he developed the love of skiing and outdoors. Mike has been a chamber member for the past nine years and has been a member of the Winter Park Downtown Improvement Committee and the Winter Park Chamber Membership Committee. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Mike brings over 10 years of entrepreneur experience to guiding Buyers through the purchase process and helping sellers position their resort asset to maximize their investment.
Stu Huster- Sales Associate
Stu came to Grand County for a ski weekend and never left! Stu has over 25 years of real estate experience including land development and commercial shopping centers. Stu is a community minded leader and has served as Vice-President of the Winter Park/Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce; Representative for the Town of Fraser on the Grand County Housing Authority. Stu has been a Managing Broker as well the Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Grand Real Estate.
Phuong Cronin - General Manager
Phuong (pronounced Foon) moved to the Fraser River Valley in 1998 from Fort Collins, CO. She grew up in Los Angeles and attended college at University of California at Santa Barbara. She has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in accounting. She is also a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Broker. Phuong is also the marketing director for Team Saffell - keeping the team at the leading edge of technology and managing Grand County's largest real estate budget.
Jill Tallal - Transaction Coordinator
Jill is a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Broker and is our transaction "anchor". Jill is in charge of the transaction process and helping our buyers and sellers manage the often difficult buying and selling process.
